1. How do I become a member of the Whittier Chamber?  GO HERE and sign-up online!  It’s quick and easy and you will be glad you did!
2. How do I renew my membership?  Click the “Renew Your Membership” button on the homepage.  Login with your username and password.  In the left hand column under Member Info, click Pay Bills Online.  Your open invoices will appear.  Simply click the box for the invoice you would like to pay and follow the directions from there. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. WE DO NOT save your credit card info after your purchase for your security.
3. How do I find a particular business?  Enter the business name or category on the homepage under Search the Business Directory, or go to our Business Directory page. 
4. How do I make a complaint against a business?  Contact your local Better Business Bureau at (909) 825-7280
5. How do I place an ad on the website?  Contact Chamber staff at 562 698-9554.  Ads are affordable and effective!
6. How do I add my website address to my Chamber listing?  Chamber staff can do that for a fee.  Call 562 698-9554 or send an email to info@whittierchamber.com for more information.
7. How do I add an event?  GO HERE and follow the directions on the pages that follow.  Your event will be submitted to the Chamber office for approval.

10. Does the Whittier Chamber own their own building? YES!
11. Do you save my credit card information after my online purchase? Absolutely Not!!!
12. My email inbox is full!!! Can I opt out on any marketing and email communications? Absolutely!!!! Let us know and we will take care of that for you.
13. What does the chamber do for me? We help you succeed by providing you FREE networking opportunities along with having fun!!!
14. Can I invite my other employees to your networking events? Absolutely!!!!
15. I want to join a committee. How do I do that? Some committees require a nomination/recommendation and others just require your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved. Let us know and we will get you set up!!
16. Where do I go to get a business license in Whittier? Go to the Whittier City Hall or online at http://www.cityofwhittier.org/depts/clerk/bizlicense.asp.
